Planted in the early 1900s, Bellevue Orchard has been proudly owned and operated by the Russo family since 1953. With generations of experience, we grow a premium range of fruit with care, tradition, and passion. Our orchards produce an exceptional selection of apples and pears, including Pink Lady, Granny Smith, Bravo, Kanzi, Fuji, Snap Dragon, Golden Delicious, Royal Gala, Beurre Bosc and a unique range of cider apples. We are committed to responsible farming practices that allow us to deliver consistently high-quality fruit while caring for the land.
In addition to fresh fruit, we produce variety-specific apple juices made on site, capturing the true flavour of each apple for a fresh and natural taste.

Summer Snow Juice
Bellevue is the home of Summer Snow Juice - our brand of premium apple juice and vinegar, made on-site at our orchard using all Australian ingredients.
Summer Snow Juice was born after our entire crop was damaged by a devastating hail storm in January 1998. Our juices contain no added sugar, flavours, colours or preservatives.
Bellevue Farm Gate stocks our entire range of juice - you can even try them as a frozen slushy.

BELLEVUE FARM GATE HISTORY
Our Farm Gate, once the orchard’s workshop, has been lovingly repurposed retaining a rustic atmosphere amongst the apple trees and our working orchard.
Wander around the shop filled with fresh apples, our award winning Summer Snow juices and Trattore ciders all made at the orchard. We’re proud to sell a selection of our favourite products - local, Victorian and always 100% Australian.
Sample the delights from our food van - burgers, nibbles and other seasonal favourites. Choose one of our tasting paddles to sample our ciders and juices, along with a few other ciders and beers we love. Enjoy Barista coffee, sweet treats and for the young at heart, our 100% juice slushies.
