Things To Note For The Day
- Parking for stall holders will be in our staff carpark located off Dickie Rd. This will ensure we have plenty of space for your customers. Please enter through the main driveway off Brown Rd on the day for Bump in for the stall. A team member will then direct you to the staff carpark - it's only a short walk.
- All stalls are allocated a 3m x 3m space.
- Tents and covers are welcome but they must be weighted by water or sand weights and fit within the 3mx3m space. Pegs can not be used on tents as the ground is not suitable Stalls must not have any inappropriate signage
- Everything you bring with you on the day MUST go home with you when you leave.
- There is no power available
- NO food or produce is to be sold at the stalls due to food safety regulations.
- We are a working and operating orchard, please be respectful and mindful of our space. Please don't harm our trees or touch any of our equipment. Due to increased housing development in the area we also act as a safe haven for a lot of animals such as kangaroos, we ask you to stay in the zoned area with staff to ensure you remain safe.
A parent or guardian over 18 must accompany and supervise all stall holders at all time
- Please bring all the things you need - tables, covers and tents, till and till float, chairs and all signage for your stall.
- We recommend that you price your products in whole dollar amounts, this will make it easier to ensure you have change. You should carry approx. $100 in your float made up with $1, $2 coins, $5 and $10 notes.
We will be advertising this event as CASH ONLY, all payments need to be monitored by the stall holders. If you have a portable EFTPOS machine you are welcome to use it. Note - there will be no access to power.
- Don't forget to slip, slop, slap on the day. Water will be available on the day but please be SunSmart. Bring hats, refillable drink bottle and sunscreen. Or.... winter woolies because it is Melbourne!
- Our Farm Gate shop and food van will be open on the day for coffees, food, shopping. For those who haven't ordered a 'Stall Holders Lunch Box' Food will also be available for purchase on the day from our food van.
- Most importantly, don't forget to tell your friends, grandparents, teachers, coaches and family.
