Colouring Competition Terms and Conditions

2023 Christmas colouring competition, running until January 4th 2024 at 5:30pm

Bellevue Farm Gate at Bellevue Orchard, 544 Brown Rd, Officer VIC 3809 is the promoter of the Colouring Competition.

To enter, entrants should colour in the Bellevue Farm Gate Colouring Competition Sheet available at Bellevue Farm Gate during opening hours. Complete all the details on the form including the name of parent/guardian, contact number and email address. Hand in completed entry to a Bellevue Farm Gate employee.

Competition Terms & Conditions:

• School holiday competition entry dates are until 5:30pm on January 4th

• Competition is open to entrants from 0– 15 years old

• A prize will be awarded to most creative entry for each age group: ages 5 and under, ages 6-9, ages 10-15. 

• Only one entry per child permitted.

• Any entry will be deemed invalid if illegible or incomplete.

• By entering this competition you give the promoter permission to use entrants details for the purpose of sending promotional and new service updates via email.

• The promoter is not responsible for entries that are not received or are received late.

• All entries will be the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrants.

• The promoter will judge the competition and decide on the winner. The decision for winner in each category is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.

• Winners will be notified by phone/email on the 5th of January and the prize will need to be collected from Bellevue Farm Gate.

• Prizes must be collected within 14 days of the winners being notified. Failure to collect a prize will result in the prize being forfeited.

• Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any other item or offer.
